I'd love to go with you or a group Sheri. I have gone every year for the past 14 years. I go twice. Once with the kids and once without. I prefer to go the last weekend. It's a bit warmer and you can make some good deals on purchases. My day without the kids is my yearly escape from reality. |

I'd like to go in March when I get back from my annual trek to the hot mineral spa RV park by the Salton Sea; used to go to the renaissance Pleasure Faire in No. California every year and it's a blast! _________________ John Richardson and Richie Rich, El Perro de Playero

If there are automobile accidents which they usually are, expect traffic delays. |

Along the lines of traffic delays - if you plan on getting there as they open you'll be much better off. The traffic really starts to get bad around 10:00 am.
There is only one road to get there (U.S. 60) - and pretty much all the traffic is coming from one direction, so the backup to get in on the one turn-off they have into the festival parking area can get pretty hairy.
The earlier you get there - the happier you'll be. _________________ "Only small minds want always to be right."

I'm in for this on the weekend of the 13th and it's been on my calendar for a while! Looking forward to it too since I haven't been for a few years.
