Recently returned from some time in Alaska, where I was able to climb a small hill that is up that way, but the highlight was taking a bush plane to the area that Timothy Treadwell (Grizzly Man), spent 13 summers living among the Grizzlys. What a totally awesome experience it was. I can understand why he was so enamored with these magnificent animals. Had 15 grizzly bears around me at one time virtually surrounding me. Two of them, male and female came within 10 ft. before my guides Michael and Jack stepped in. When camping a small electric fence is erected around your tent. Mating season was taking place so was able to observe some interesting behavior such as male/female foreplay and males battling for dominance. The alpha Grizzly was missing both ears from battles from years past and was considerably darker in color than the others. Saw lots of great wildlife and scenery.
A small sampling of photo’s are in the gallery. _________________ Our lives are not determined by what happens to us but by how we react to what happens, not by what life brings to us, but by the attitude we bring to life. |

Animal attraction Kent. The photography is stunning but after the kiss of the serpent, the clowning cub and the lion dance around your tent I am not surprised these came to you too. _________________ Seize from every moment its unique novelty and do not prepare your joys
