Spent several days camping at Sharp Creek Campground, Tonto National Forest at the end of April and the first couple of days in May. Posted some pictures in the gallery and will post some more. Weather was great though Sat. it looked like it would storm but it did not. Visted Horton, Tonto creeks and See Canyon. Also spent the day on top of the Rim. |

Low 39 and High 79. Sat. was overcast breezy (above the Rim) and chilly. Christopher Creek was muddy and had a higher flow on Thursday while other creeks were clear Horton, See and Tonto. Heard turkeys in the am and a couple of times in the evening also had a couple elk walk thru the campsite but did not observe them, just the tracks. |
