Avatar instructions needed, again!

Ok, some of you were so nice and posted some websites where I could re-size a photo so I could use it as an avatar. There is already a photo in the Gallery, if I can find it, that I would like to use. Anyway, I can't find where we talked about this a couple of months ago.

Please don't tell me to "use whatever photo shop I have on my computer." I will have a very hard time figuring that out, and will get too frustrated! Sadly, Hooli is no longer with us to tease me right about now, about my almost total lack of computer abilities, (12:00, 12:00, 12:00 back atcha wherever you are now, old friend!) although the tongue-in-cheek nickname he gave me "high tech wizardess" still remains, and I hope it will remain as my nickname because he gave it to me.

In case a moderator reads this I will just put that photo here and maybe you can re-size it for me if you're in a good mood today!

How about putting those directions in the FAQ (maybe I should look, they might already be there?)
