Didn't we just do this?
The American Cancer Society is setting up for the 2009 Climb to Conquer. We had a good time last year (seems like that was just last week?) so why not go again. About a 5 mile walk up the road to the top, 2.5 miles down the back way.
Pooches welcome!
Lunch at The Farm afterwards.
Any great ideas for T-Shirt art? Gotta be black and white, simple is better than complicated.
Register, donate and order t-shirt size online. I'll pick up the Tshirts and bring them to the event or get them to you before hand.

Oh Shawn, I got it! I did it by just looking at the whole list of teams rather than using the search. For some reason the search doesn't bring us up. Or at least it didn't at the time! I am signed up! I even stole the group picture you posted to put on my personal fund raising site hope you don't mind! I did give you credit though! _________________ ~~~Diane~~~

Just wanted to bring it to every one's attention that AZH is number 7 in the top ranking teams for fund raising on this thing! Isn't that awesome! I am so proud of all of you!
Now just a little heads up! In case you can't hike but would like to help out and get AZH way up there in the top 5 that would be great! Here is a link you can use to make that happen!
http://main.acsevents.org/site/TR/CommunityFundraisingPages/CFPFY09GreatWest?team_id=374829&pg=team&fr_id=17963
Just click on the link next to the thermometer that says Make a gift to support Arizona Hikers and add any amount you would like to add! Or simply use the donate button that will work too!
This is way awesome cause the company I work for, Hospice of the Valley has a team as well and we are SO out giving them! Let's keep it up so I can harass the HOV team leader a little more! _________________ ~~~Diane~~~

And if you do it before midnight, it will feel really good April 15th!
And the hike and lunch at the Farm are great fun as well. _________________ The bear went over the mountain to see what he could see. |

Just finished a 22.8 mile 3,400 elevation gain loop up on the mountain and back along the Desert Classic trail. That's a good one for me! _________________ The bear went over the mountain to see what he could see. |

Are we wanting T-shirts this year? I'm of mixed feelings on this, I like them for the day, but the pile in the dresser grows. What do you think? Have you worn out last years? _________________ The bear went over the mountain to see what he could see. |

The Cancer Society provides tshirts, note the picture on the sign up page. We need 10 sign ups and then provide the art work. I'm liking the same we had last year, which is arizonahikers.com in script font. Very simple, easy to do, comes out well on the tshirt.
I thought we gave our sized when we signed up, but don't find where. I'll research that. _________________ The bear went over the mountain to see what he could see. |

I could deal with wearing last years shirt. If new ones are required I should get a small I believe. _________________ ~~~Diane~~~
