The American Cancer Society is setting up for the 2009 Climb to Conquer. We had a good time last year (seems like that was just last week?) so why not go again. About a 5 mile walk up the road to the top, 2.5 miles down the back way.

Any great ideas for T-Shirt art? Gotta be black and white, simple is better than complicated.

Got the same email J! Not sure if I will be very good by then and am sure I won't be able to keep up with you but I am willing to try! I will need to get lots of practice in before then! I am hoping to get on a trail this weekend for the first time since August. Not sure I will even be able to do a mile yet as lots of walking still sets the leg on fire and blows it up like a blimp but I am gonna give it a try so I can start working my way back out there!

I won't push myself beyond what I know I can do.... it has been way to long to make it any longer by being stupid. I haven't even put it to the test yet 'cept regular every day walking... so I just have to start trying and figurling out my limits. If nothing else I can always come and be the cheering section

So are we putting together a team this year? If we are not gonna put together a team I will join the team at work but would rather walk with you guys if the interest is there. I would volunteer to be team captain this year but since I am not even sure I am gonna make it all the way to the top I don't think it is a good idea for me to head it up.....What say ye?
