We're BACK from our Utah adventure. In twelve days Michelle and I drove 1600 miles and visited/hiked in Arches National Park, Canyonlands Needles District, Grand Gulch Primitive area, Natural Bridges National Monument, Valley of the Gods and Monument Valley. We met some interesting characters along the way, shared lots of laughs and saw some incredible things along the way.
I know I've got 700 pictures to go through (Michelle has just as many I think) and will post this trip in segments later~~~~what an incredible adventure!
So for now, I'm going to just marvel in the things I take for granted everyday.....running water and a hot shower, electric lights, my favorite radio station, a cellphone signal, and ICE!!!!!

If anyone goes to Utah or Coyote Butte or Antelope Canyon anytime, PLEASE let me know,. Been wanting to go to Utah for YEARS ( not just to ski yearly) and I am afraid my'89 Toyota not quite up to the drive. Will beg , borrow, steal , share, $$, whatever it takes! All my travel buds have moved way away!! |
