Climbed to the summit past the Flatiron and descended to the start. Took 1.4 hours. Drove to Hieroglyphic trailhead; ascended to end of trail and up canyon cross country to mountain summit. Return same way. Took 1.9 hours.

Sounds like a good pace to me. I'd have to say that it prolly took me about 4 hours with rests and such. Excellent hike!
