Todd, et al-
This is a very cool trip planning/packing list generator that I use for bowhunt trips but I think it certainly could be adapted to hiking/backpacking as well. It is remarkably intuitive and uniquely customizable to each user or respondant.

I dunno how you'd do it... I'm just 'Idea Guy'. The devil really is in the details! Take care.

That Nealz! He just pops up out of nowhere sometimes! Like a bowhunter in his blind, he lurks! |

Ouch! that's harsh... if, perhaps, true. I dunno, haven't felt particularly chatty lately. It's probably the heat. S'posed to hit EIGHTY here today. Jeeminitney, it's as bad as Phoenix. (hyuck, hyuck) |

Aargh, I just returned from Phoenix Airport--made a round trip there and back in one day. What a relief to top over that hill coming into Springerville, and see the big pink dome and Round Valley. The holiday traffic was not fun through Payson, etc. The heat in Phoenix was not bad at all, however. Probably only about 100 degrees or so. |
