With the relocation to Seattle we need to sell our house! If you are looking to buy or know someone in the market please take a look or pass it on.

It's 4 bedroom, 3 full baths, and a den, located near Ocotillo and Ironwood. Lots of upgrades! Stone counters, maple cabinets, top of the line brand new stainless steel appliances, extended three car garage (easily fits full size truck) with epoxy coated floor, large beautiful pool with basketball hoop and vollyball net, over 2400 sq ft, large rooms, high tech wiring, surround sound, 2" wood blinds through out, 20" tile... I wish we could pick it up and move it to Seattle with us!

There are two houses similar for sale in the neighborhood, neither has a pool and neither is upgraded as extensively. Both are listed over $309K. We're asking $299K and willing to negotiate!

And note, they are feverishly working on improving the roads out there (but I still can get to work at Higley and Mcdowell in 30 minutes) and lots of stores/restaurants are on their way in the next few years so prices in the area should grow.

Wow. In Flagstaff they would be asking $450 for better for that house.

Have fun in Seattle. I grew up there...lived there for 26 years and then spent close to 4 in NY...let me know if you want to know anything about the city! Smile
