I was hoping we were done with the 110s this summer. man its REAL hot today! This is like mid February back east, by then your sick of winter and you can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Not that much more of summer to go at least. _________________ "In the first place you can't see anything from a car; you've got to get out of the goddamned contraption and walk, better yet crawl, on hands and knees...When traces of blood begin to mark your trail you'll see something, maybe."

I guess I should have been more clear. The "seasons" are pretty ambiguous out here. I looking forward to getting out of the 100s. I can hike fine when the high is in the 90s. Going by last year, my first summer here, I was doing that by late September and by October it was getting very nice out, by my standards. That what I can't wait for. _________________ "In the first place you can't see anything from a car; you've got to get out of the goddamned contraption and walk, better yet crawl, on hands and knees...When traces of blood begin to mark your trail you'll see something, maybe."
