Did somebody say "tastes like chicken?" If no one died in that type of situation how would you decide who to eat first? or would you wait until someone did die? _________________ "In the first place you can't see anything from a car; you've got to get out of the goddamned contraption and walk, better yet crawl, on hands and knees...When traces of blood begin to mark your trail you'll see something, maybe."

Since we've been friends for more than a decade, the guys I backpack with and I have something of a line of succession for something like this type of situation...like when the pres. can't do his job, the vp steps up, then the speaker, then pres. pro tem of the senate...well...we use a similar system. _________________ -Colin

From the show...
"individual packets were bundled and labeled...it was felt that noone should have to eat there kin"
If you're at the point where you, as a group, are eating dead humans...does it matter if you're related to who's remains you're eating...haven't things pretty much degraded past the point of it mattering?

Dang! I played a softball double-header tonight (1 tie, 1 win)! Too bad I had to miss this one! () _________________ [/size] |

The documentary directed by Ric Burns turned out to be a wealth of information. I never knew so much about this tragedy until now. If you get the chance to see this, make sure you do. Nothing went right for those folks.
