From Yahoo:
Hawks attack more than 100 people in Rio

RIO DE JANEIRO, Brazil - Residents of crime-plagued Rio de Janeiro have a new kind of predator to worry about — hawks. I have a mental image of a hawk swooping down from on high and snatching a toupee off the shiny dome of a follically challenged male or female. Now THAT would be funny.

In AZ the AZ G&F would make you get a license ($87.50/year) before you could use it. hunter
