Range Maintenance/Transient Alert/ Superintendent/TrackerSeptember 1999 to July 2003 Spectrum Sciences and Software Inc.: Range Maintenance Supervisor – Responsible for the on-time maintenance, rebuild, target construction and up-keep of three Tactical Bombing Ranges and four Manned aerial gunnery and bombing ranges consisting of an area larger than the State of Rhode Island. Transient Alert – Responsible for recovering In-Flight Emergency, or normal landing aircraft. Responsible for the launch of same. Responsible for the safe and secure operation of the Base Munitions Storage Area. Responsible for all Aircraft Ground Equipment (AGE), munitions delivery trailers and their support equipment. Tracker - Responsible to accurately grade, score and report and enter on computers the scores of aircraft bomb and gunnery.
