If we can ship the London Bridge to Lake Havasu, we should be able to ship this little French cottage to the Rim of the Canyon. Might be hard to keep the forest alive in transit. _________________ Anyone can make a hike harder. The skill comes in making it easier. Dosatéhigo nasádo |

I think I'm good for 398 euros which would get me 1/1000 of a year which would be 8.76hours. OOPS wait a second - I forgot - this is ArizonaHikers not ArizonaMathematicians. NeverMind. _________________ Anyone can make a hike harder. The skill comes in making it easier. Dosatéhigo nasádo |

I checked out the currency conversion, it comes out to be a little over 500,000 U.S. plus transactions. You can buy much less here for the same amount. Anyone speak French? |

That's pretty sweet, count me in if it includes horse property and I will set up the stables. _________________ And this our life, exempt from public haunt,

I don't know the Pong forest Mike? But, I'll bet it shouldn't be long before the blackberries are out.
Oui, Je parle un petit peu de francais. J'adore la France.
We just spent three fantastic weeks in France. Not ready yet, but my wife and I will eventually spend some of the year in France when retirement comes. Or sooner if we win the lotto.
My wife grew up in a small village outside of Bourge, so it's not very far away. In their younger years my wifes parents used to hut backpack in the Pyrennes.
Now I wish I was back in France.
Bonne chance Vernelle. J'espare vous allez vendre votre maison bientot. |

Oooh Hut backpack... that sounds interesting, maybe I need another trip to Europe... I'll just have to find a way to get a sabatical and pretend I'm one of those kids coming out of college backpacking through Europe for the summer. _________________ Wanderingsoul (Michelle)

Yup...
Hut packing will be the way to go when my bones start to get old and tired and can't carry much of a pack any more.
But... that is a long, long, long, way off I hope. You don't have to carry a tent or tarp and not so much food. Usually, you only need a very light sleeping bag.
You meet a lot of great people this way, too. |
