Reavis Ranch Backpack......Lots of alternatives; Hike in Friday May 23 and camp one, two or three nights; hike in Saturday and stay one or two nights or make it a day hike, etc. Think everyone who did this back in February will tell you they had a ball regardless of the mud and cold and should be even better conditions this time! I missed it in Feb. but ain't gonna miss it this time.
LET'S DO IT

Would definitely like to be there, but previous plans put me in the White Mountains near Big Lake camping with the family. Wink

Now I am jealous....Nice to see you are all having FUN! Evil or Very Mad ...can't make this one but hopefully I will see you all soon when I get to exit the purgatory captivity I am experiencing on a mountain of another type. Stand by, I will be back. Be safe out there and have fun. Keep those boots movin'!

Hmmmm - let me think about this one. I may be in. I haven't backpacked in ages, so I am definitely interested. We'll see what the boss (I mean...the wife) says.

This would be great experience for me. I missed the last one, but this one I just might do. Could you all handle me for more than a few hours??? LOL

Now you've got Hooli trying to figure what to take out of his backpack to make room for all the extra batteries he'll need for his pacemaker! Wink

Messami and I will be leaving my place in central Phoenix around 1:00 PM, Friday the 23rd. We'll get to the ranch and set up just as it gets dark I suppose. We'll plan on leaving around noon on Sunday afternoon. Anyone that wants to ride with us in the new goat hauler is welcome. I've got room for 5 comfortably.
