I'm a nurse. I too love what I do. I now work for a wonderful hospice company. Mary (Shihiyea) is a cohort of mine....I can honestly say I have never been happier as a nurse than I am right now. I have a back ground in dementia care as I spent the last 6 years doing that and learned a ton of stuff and loved it until I burned out on it. Previous to that I did all the other typical nursing jobs one works in the hospital (med surg, telemetry...)

So sorry for hijacking the thread...

I could care less about hijacked threads. Seems we're mostly here to learn more about each other. What is this thread anyway?
I was to marry a nurse once. There have been many nurses in my life. I like nurses. My job's not very glamerous, I just handle to dirty work end of business but I know everybody and everyday is an adventure....something new.
