Darn just logged on and saw this. Might have been what I could have used for that snow camping ... Maybe if I check around might find it cheap but not as cheap as this.... _________________ Wanderingsoul (Michelle)

It would have made a good outside layer for snow camping. Those deals come and go so quick, I just here the "ding" and take a look at it. Most of the time it's junk but sometimes there are some gold mines. |

Home from work yesterday and my SAC order I had forgotton about was on my doorstep. It is an Osprey Departure 60 pack, sort of an urban pack, but was something like 80% off original price. It't intriquing in that you can zip the pack apart, and have a daypack and then a carry type bag separate, zip together and looks like a pretty traditional backpack. I am toying with the idea of actually BP'ing with it; will see how it loads. Tons of internal pockets. HMMMMMM----- _________________ You can rest when you're dead |

Pretty much the tech ambibs. Only $23 bucks on S&C probably $30 with shipping. They work ok for water hikes.
Get them quick if you want them.

Yeah the good deals usually go pretty quick. Think it was 20-30 minutes for these. |
