let's put together a group hike at either Secret or Boynton Canyon out of Sedona on April 5 or 6

Secret canyon definitely requires high clearance vehicle and I personally wouldn't want to drive the family sedan on the road to the trailhead.

Vote for your preference!
This poll will run until April 1

OK, Hooli or not, I'm in, it's probably best he not go, it's like hiking with 5 goats you know.

I've got the permission to use dad's truck. What I have done for this hike in the past is to have people car pool up to Sedona. We park their cars at Safeway or some such store. They get into the bed of the truck and I just take it easy the 3 miles or so to the trailhead.

We could stop at some great place to eat along the way back too. If we can wait till Black Canyon City, we could eat at the Rock Springs Cafe.

Mmmmm.....Rock Springs Cafe

A good meeting place would be the Target at the 101, just west of I-17.
Say 6:30?
Get in here.
Let me know,

GTG

Sounds good, I also have a truck if we need extra truck bed space. Black Canyon Rock Springs Cafe sounds great too!

No I'm not even gonna ask WHY you have goats.... Rolling Eyes nope, don't want to know No

As much as I wanted to do this hike, I'm going to have to pass...too much yard work to catch up on, all this dang rain we got has done a number on the weed population in my yard! Wink (a price I'll gladly pay for MORE rain Yes )

Have fun!!!

I bet goats are heavily involved.

This shows you how all of us stack up in relation to Goats where GTG is concerned.
