Not true. For every kind of meat, there's a vegetarian subsitute. And the nice thing about the vegetarian sausages/dogs/etc. is that you actually know what it's made from! _________________ "We are here on the planet only once, and might as well get a feel for the place" - Annie Dillard |

Okay, the poll so far states that dogs and brats are a go for Saturday night. I've reflected that on the event post.
You can bring veggie burgers Jim. Don't think they make veggie brats. |
A long time coming, but there must be some out there given the brat's we have on this site... Natural brat's are hard to find, of course, but the wilderness is still there... _________________ What a magnificent time to LIVE! - Everett Ruess.

I think sherileeaz may have been refering to Friday night? There was some discussion started here for that. One thing to consider is if we don't eat at Bun Huggers on Friday, Hank will be there by himself. I'm kind of tired of Bun Huggers myself and Mexican food won't really effect my hiking the next day. If anything I'll be a little more buoyant. Bun Huggers is OK though, I'm just there for the social aspects anyway. _________________ ;o)> |

Well, the topic said "Saturday Night" and I thought it was decided on
hot dogs and brats, but that was on the OTHER thread.
Soooooooo I read these comments here last night and thought, "Ok they are still undecided for Saturday"
Ok so where did I go wrong?? lol! As of Tuesday, this site is still posting where or what for "Saturday"
But thank you STAN!! Chivalry is alive and well! So there Tom! LOL
Anyway, I'm bringing hot dogs and buns and a taco salad anyway! lol!

Is this okra stuff for real? I have been hearing about Todd's okra for years but have yet to see it. _________________ 'We gain strength, courage, and confidence by each experience in which we really stop to look fear in the face...we must do that which we think we cannot"
