First it was wine, then it was beer, and the good news keeps rollin' in as we find out that dark chocolate is really good for you - especially if you have high blood pressure.

Science finally is catching up to what the AZH Diva's have known all thier lives.

Chocolate is the BOMB!

Now hand me over some Godiva Extra Dark Truffles - or maybe some of that fine Lindt Dark Chocolate.

And don't miss this little spot of...well...decadence...I mean...seriously...that is just unfair.

Key quote:
Quote:
Before you take a bite - smell the chocolate, breath in its aroma and take a good look at it. Is it shiny or dull? What is its color and texture? Much like a wine connoisseur, chocolate lovers consider appearance, smell and taste. True chocolate aficionados let the chocolate melt on their tongue and enjoy the various degrees of intensity and sensual feelings while it liquefies.

Holy crap.

Ok, you guys Hooli IS sweet & loveable! Mike has really done it now. I'm gonna have to get me another glass of wine. He previously recorded Elijah playing & making all kinds of noises & started playing it. I thought Elijah had woken up just a couple minutes ago. He usually sleeps through the night unless he has a bad dream or something. That scared the POOPIE outta me!!!!!!! I must have MORE WINE!!!! Oh Mike.......
