thanks for the link Cynhikr- I bought the WISP about two months ago, and decided it was the better of the two bags. Actually, I took the Mountain Hardwear Phantom back to REI for a $250 refund, and got the wisp the same day. I saved $100, and from what I see the Wisp is superior to the M.H. with a greater loft, continual baffles allowing the down to be shifted, and a smoother lining. It also sports a neck baffle and awesome hood shape, which the Phantom lacks. The only drawback however is the lack of a decent zipper stiffener, take care not to snag the fabric.
This bag weighs in at an even 1, 5oz and Ive taken it down to 30 without the aid of clothing so the rating is right on! (for me anyway) _________________ http://www.arizonahikers.com/board/albums/albwb18/BRIDGE.sized.jpg
