Did the loop from Kings Canyon-Hugh Norris Trail-Esperanza Trail-Gould Mine Trail.( ~9 miles) Great weather -- Perfect AZ weather for hiking! This is an interesting & challenging looptrail with quite a few mines (all blocked off) to check out along the way. Great view all around

If you go take the Gould Mine Trail back to the trailhead -- takes you past a huge mound of tailing from Gould mine...

Another + Access is paved raod all the way!!

Location: Located in Saguaro National Park - West Unit ( No Fees!) near Tuscon, AZ...Access Via Speedway off I-10 heading into Tuscon. Follow Speedway Wesr till it turns into Gates Pass. You will reach Kinney Road & follow it to Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum. You will see Kings Canyon Trailhead just north of the Museum (on your right)
