I know, and it wasn't taken that way. Very Happy Catvalet's pack weighs so much, we had no choice but lower it. We figured as long as we were doing that, we might as well lower them all.

I took my tiny pack on that trip....no generator, microwave, satellite dish, tv, or brewmaster. We ruffed it.

Jeez - I still thought that little spot wasn't anything special, but probably would have taken off a pack large enough to get in the way.

My only problem on that hike was struggling with the uphills, they seemed never ending to me! Crying or Very sad Sweat

The spot wasn't anything special once we FOUND it. We stood there, with the sheer cliffs all around, saying "Gee, Jack and Elizabeth didn't MENTION this part!".
Uphill and downhill - GAH! It's all coming back to me now!

And yes, you must be careful about comments regarding the size of a man's equipment.
