Room For Rent

I'm looking for a female roomate to share my house in East Phoenix's beautiful Arcadia neighborhood. It's an 1800+ SF three bedroom, two bath house with a large fenced yard, covered patio, and hot tub. You'll have full use of the kitchen, washer and dryer, and we have Cox cable and high-speed internet. There's a view of Camelback Mt. from the back yard, and Piestewa Peak is also within easy distance for hiking, as well as Papago Park. Must like animals - we have a great dog (boxer) and two cats. My wife is moving to L.A. for a year for an orthopedic surgery residency, and I need someone to help cover the bills while she's gone - 6 month lease minimum, up to a year or possibly a little more.
