Yes, these are in fact real.
Those clever Japanese. (note the camels at the base of the pyramid watermellon) _________________ "Only small minds want always to be right."

This is why Daddee is the reigning king of posts. And here all this time I was under the impression that this was a "hiking" site!! If I had only known that I should be posting my every whimsical thought... who knew??
P.S. I did cast my vote for "how bored is he", btw!! _________________ Blond, James Blond... double "O", uh oh!!

Same thought crossed my mind!! _________________ Our lives are not determined by what happens to us but by how we react to what happens, not by what life brings to us, but by the attitude we bring to life. |

Those melons are grown in glass cubes. They're the veal of the melon world.

Sure - it's primarily about hiking - but it's also about entertainment and distraction from your normal routine (unless you're Heat and your normal routine involves transforming into an alien and traipsing all over the Superstitions like they're your own personal playground).
I try and provide the entertainment/distraction part. Sometimes I hit - sometimes I miss. But it's always unexpected and fairly random.
And, unfortunately for everyone here, until I can start posting some good trail descriptions and trip logs, this is the type of stuff you're going to see for a while.
