In the not so distant past I'd take; 12 beers, 2-3 joints and as many pain killers that I could get my hands on. Now I only take a Centrum multi vitamin.

One a day women's formula
Coral calcium (for bones)
Flaxseed oil (natural cholesterol reducer)

Green tea, 2 cups per day

And a glass <or 2> of red wine every day (good for your heart and improves my spirits!)

Mr. Green

Trish, coral calcium is a good one, I hear.
I often take "colloidal minerals" from Hi-health, not viatamins exactly but I think it helps reduce stress on the body and mind, and I find I have more energy (naturally)
Also, grape seed oil is nice to cook with and reduces cholesterol at the same time tastes great. You can find it at import stores such as LiLi's (sp.) or the Ranch 99 market.
Other than that, I hope to get my nutrients from natural foods, such as Big Macs!

Just one blue pill a day. Does that count as a vitamin?
