For those of you that take vitamins, what do you take?

Are you a one-a-day or multi vitamin user...or perhaps a vitameatavegamin concotor?

On a daily basis, I take a multi-vitamin, multi-mineral, antioxidant. Also throw in Ginkgo Biloba. Usually double the doses for a lengthy trek.
