Let us refrain from Teva-bashing. Joe gave us all a very nice site for a long time, and did all the work and paid all the bills. We have no cause to complain. I would hope that Teva would join us here as a contributor rather than as the workhorse. If he ended HAZ a little abruptly, well, it was his to end and we'll just have to be grownups about it. Neutral

If it was not for Joe we would not be here chatting. It is fusterating, but the bright side is this community that has been put togather.

I don't think it's "bashing" to express how we feel. I know I'm not the only one who feels that he screwed us! Diablo

There's no bashing going on, just some residuals from the initial withdrawal that we all felt! I feel bad for the people that took the time to write up all those excellent trail descriptions. There was a lot of time and effort put into those and the authors should be given due credit when and if the site is resurrected, or the information is put into a book! I only feel that he screwed us because he didn't forewarn us that the site was going to shut down.
Will I pay to access all that data should it come online again in the future? That's a good question. Have to think about that for a while Chin Scratching

I was wondering what had happen to that site. There was so much good info on hikes and everything in it. It's a shame it was all lost. At least some of us found the new site.
