I tentatively have the day off friday, depending on how things go tomorrow on one of my projects. Things are basically out of my hands, but assuming all goes well, I'm thinking of hiking somewhere friday. One possibility is Blacktop Mesa. Anyone else off friday that would want to hook up for a hike? If so, I'm open to suggestions.

Uh oh. Mike, you're treading dangerous waters here... Yep, it's a swimmer!

...not knowing the whole story could be detrimental to your health...

Jamie and Mike are correct of course (BTW in German it's also spelled "Blond") I know this isn't Germany but in this global world anything goes. Laughing

Thank you... I am half German. Not to mention, its a nickname after the famous "James Bond" (no E) that I've had since I was eight years old while playing German dodgeball on the playground. A friend called me "Blond, James Blond", and it just stuck.

Anymore questions for this blond??

Hooli, Jmzblond and I had a great hike today! The weather was near perfect! The Supes are full of life right now. We saw a number of rabbits (including the Easter Bunny!), a whole slew of chipmonks and lizards everywhere. Jamie had a close encounter of the buzzworm kind...

I'll save the trip log for later, unless one of my cohorts beats me to it. Photos are up in the gallery.
