Anybody know anything about Table Mountain, just north of New River. I'm pretty sure that's the name of it, to the East of 17...dominates the view north from the outlet mall...where we were today...every time I drive past that mountain, I want to climb it...anybody have any info?
Topo tells me it's 2895ft with ruins at 2600ft. Looks like there's a jeep trail heading to the saddle... _________________ -Colin

One of the first places I went when I bought my first jeep in 79. Went up their in 79 with a friend who had a Land Cruiser at night. Rough country. Last time I was up on Table Mesa was in 89 and it was a hike. Did not locate the ruin. The person I was with had a gps and was not in shape for hiking. |
