With the marathon approaching, our Sunday long runs have increased to 15+ miles, so my hiking has decreased...been riding up at Usery....great GREAT trails for mtn bikes...have been doing variations of loops on the above trails...been taking Buffett (our dog) with, kinda breaking her in for longer rides...she's a great trail companion...she doesn't complain as much as my wife Smile
