Misty and I are trying to sell our house in the Arcadia neighborhood (view of Camelback from backyard). It's 1800SF, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, office, huge greatroom in front, and family room in back. It's fully remodeled, with Saltillo tile floor in the kitchen and stained concrete or Berber carpet in the rest, and an open, airy floorplan. There's a large fenced lot with mature citrus and pecan trees, firepit, etc. - great for parties or a "gardener's delight". It's priced below market value because we have to sell it before August, since we have to move to L.A. for Misty's orthopedic surgery residency. Asking price is $164,500 and we're holding an open house Sunday if anyone wants to check it out.

Sorry, not at the moment - but I might soon. A friend of ours has digital pictures of the house for us, but she's pretty flaky and hasn't sent them to me yet. I'm trying!
