I had some time today so went to Summit Hut to review the items in house (in anticipation of that tax refund check).
Here's what I found of interest-
The new Gregory z-pack- 3.5lbs up to 3950cu's - looks like it has some nice features and can handle up to 35lbs.
A new MSR tent- single person free standing at 3lbs- the hubba.
A waterproof canyoneering pack by Arc Teryx- pretty light and holds 2750cu- day pack- full waterproof with a roll top -so probably no underwater swimming.
A nice selection of very light sil stuff sacks.
And the new light weight thermarests- good selection of lengths and thickness.
I think I'll be in touble when the money comes in---- |

I was in Summit Hut last night and was drooling over the Z-Pack myself. I really don't need it......but..... _________________ "Men wanted for hazardous journey.
