Interesting picture and topic, one that I definitely relate to as well. I experienced PRESENCE when I first visited AZ and took my first AZ hike in Sedona, near Boyton before I even knew about vortexes and history of the natives. All I know is I was overcome with emotion and I saw eyes on every canyon wall and heard many voices in the wind. My eyes were filled with tears upon departure and it was all I thought of for many weeks. I started reading and studying AZ. It is why I moved here, intrigued by inner spiritual power. In the wilderness here you do not need to seek it out, it finds YOU, when you are open to it and your intuition is keen. There is much PRESENCE in the Supes. It caught me off guard on my first trek there. It found me quite easily. Like I was supposed to be there, like I had been there before. I think there are some very special people in our AZhikers Community. Perhaps some of us share a special bond, or have a certain connection to nature that not everyone has. I think it is because we respect it and love it. Perhaps the spirit world lets those humbled by its power have access from time to time. Ok, am I a member of the crazy club now? Regardless, I think the world of all of you that I have met and spent time with hiking. Perhaps our finding each other via this website is no accident. I dont know much about kindred spirits crossing paths in life, but sometimes it seems like deja vu. Well, if we were ever together in another time, I'll bet Hooli was the guy paddling the really cute burgundy canoe. _________________ And this our life, exempt from public haunt,

I have a kayak, not a canoe, and it ain't pink! Of course the brat, aka paintninaz, may have snuck over and painted it pink just like she did my Jeep _________________ John Richardson and Richie Rich, El Perro de Playero
