The other trail is accessable from E cholla lane and parking is restricted to N Invergordon Rd.
The trail as much easier without the slickrock and the handrails.
It's about the same distance, slightly more challanging towards the top, but overall easier. |

Nice to know... I have never done the other one. Is the trail head as busy? _________________ ~~~Diane~~~

The Cholla side has far less people on it, probably because there is no parking right at the trailhead. I enjoy the top half of this side to any part on the Echo side. _________________ ~Never Satisfied~

Even if you are lucky enough to get the closest parking on Invergordon, you have a minimum of .44 miles to the trail head, as measured with Google Earth. No shortcuts due to the Phoenician property golf course and fenced in neighborhoods.
It is well worth the effort however. |

I always like the Cholla side better. The ridgeline is really fun. It's worth the extra walk up the road. I ussually would hike up Echo Canyon then down Cholla, then back over the mountian. I felt it was a better workout. _________________ Mountains are there to be climbed!
