Too many folks can't make it on the 3rd, so I'm changing the date to Saturday, Jan. 10. Everything else remains the same!

I'm thinking about bringing a vat of my "Bipolar Chili"

Good Golly Miss Molly? Sounds interesting. Count me in for a bowl if I make it.

Of course - if I do make it I'll be bringing my infamous chili - and Tom has to partake of two bowls - with no water for 10 minutes.

And you'd thought I forgot about your punishment! Twisted Evil

True, Matt, but since there is a higher percentage of water than any other ingredient in beer, Shades can't drink it anyway, otherwise he'd be breaking the "no water for 10 minutes" rule, anyway!

Wahooo!

This is sounding more like a chili cook-off!

Do y'all want bipolar chili, nuclear waste chili or some good ole kick-A$# Texas chili?

Inquiring minds want to know Laughing

Mine is the storied "Spent Nuclear Fuel Rod" Chili.

Ask those who were fortunate enough to have it at the chili shindig - what? - 2, 3 years ago? I don't remember now.

It was a year and a half ago at the 1st No Show Joe Chili Shindig oganized by GTG(pictures are in the Gallery) and I was one of the fortunate few to have a taste of that "Spent Nuclear Fuel Rod" and I must say it lived up to the billing. I'm looking forward to having another taste.

Jared I suggest you make a bigger batch this time!

Amen! That was some good stuff! It took a week for the smoke to stop pouring out of my ears, but I loved it!
