Saw this buried in a post about trekking poles on another site.
These things look very interesting. Not bank breakers either.
The symptoms they mention here are exactly what I suffer from when my knees act up. Usually from excessive boulder hopping.
I guess these things are really growing in popularity.

You can buy these at local sporting good stores. You can also use a jumpers knee strap and it will do the same for less. Some are more comfortable than this model. |
