Noted a cyclist alongside the ride fixing a flat. Stopped to offer help and noted a rattlesnake basking about five feet from the cyclist while she was sitting on the ground replacing the tube. Kept watch while she completed the work. Just before she rode off I pointed out the snake, she was unaware of it. |
