Home located at the foot of Hedgepath Hills in Arrowhead Lakes community. Hiking in the hills just a few feet away. After your daily hike, relax in the inground spa with a waterfall in the backyard while gazing at the sunset reflected on the hills. Backyard is on the east side of the home so it's shaded by the house in the evenings. Plenty of room to build your custom BBQ or mini outdoor kitchen near the spa.

Previous owner has moved to a retirement community. Full, monitored security system. Annual service plan on AC (which is in excellent condition). With all window treatments and all appliances, the home is ready for someone to move in.
Thanks for taking a look ! :) |

I received a PM from ansue asking if it was OK to post the above so not your common spammer; suggested he/she complete rest of profile, delete personal phone #'s and add to PM/e-mail him/her for contact info.
Oh BTW, he/she's a dog person which make him/her OK in my book! _________________ John Richardson and Richie Rich, El Perro de Playero
