Thanks all...
Speaking of weather, we're getting a good pounding right now with a nearly constant roar of thunder. Good times. |

Rain Coming down in buckets with some hail mixed in! Some of the hail looks big enough to do some damage to a car's paint job! _________________ John Richardson and Richie Rich, El Perro de Playero

WOW! Wind blowing the rain and hail so hard from the south that I had to close Rich's dog door which is in at least 10' from my covered patio! Actually had some hail on the kitchen floor!
And from the looks of the weather radar, downtown Phoenix is getting hammered! _________________ John Richardson and Richie Rich, El Perro de Playero

Did ya run out there naked again, Hooligan, when the hail stopped? _________________ Learning is a life long process, schooling is only one part, an education is what I will have when I leave this place. |

Nope, no fever to cool off this time!
Just before this hit, there was a large covey of quail in the cul de sac with quite a few newly hatched chicks. Hope they found some cover 'cause think a hit from one of those hail stones would kill the babies! _________________ John Richardson and Richie Rich, El Perro de Playero

Went out front to check my bird bath...got almost 1" in it; there was a little tiny cottontail huddled in the corner of my porch looking half drowned. I got paper towel to try and dru it off some, but as soon as I reached for it it took off. Hope it survives. _________________ John Richardson and Richie Rich, El Perro de Playero

Not at the moment here at Indian School and Central, but it sure looks ominous out there to the SE. I'm heading out into it shortly. _________________ The bear went over the mountain to see what he could see. |

Mo rain, Mo rain, Mo rain
Hosed all the mud off the truck today. It was a lot easier than usual.
Came down in buckets here. Must have been directed by Hooligan's hot air over on the West Coast. |

50% chance of rain tonight in Vegas. I've had my camera sitting by the door for weeks now hoping for a lightning shoot. Th is lack of rain really scares me. _________________ "Surely all God's people, however serious or savage, great or small, like to play. We have had a faily active season! It has been awesome. If it could just rain without all this humidity hanging in the air that would be nice..... _________________ ~~~Diane~~~

I got rain at my house for a good 2-3 hours last night. No downpour but a nice steady rain. |

Raining pretty good here but not nearly as heavy as Monday's rain, started about ten minutes ago. Weather radar shows a red blob seems to be heading this way, so could get some heavy stuff pretty soon. _________________ John Richardson and Richie Rich, El Perro de Playero
