This snowhiking thing seams to get addicting. I just took another trip 2 weeks ago. my wife flew to AZ, so I went out by myself and took the snowshoes with me. I stopped by walmart along the way to get film for my camera. I went to bakerville and parked my car at the enterance of a FS road, where there were many other cars parked. I could see this was a popular road to hike up in the winter.
I pulled out my film to load my camera, and found it was the wrong film. I got regular film, and I need advantex-SUCK
I hiked the whole road all the way back to the Greys Peak trailhead, then headed up the trail for about a mile. This was the longest I've done in my snowshoes so far, about 8 miles. Unfortunatly I have no pics to show for it. _________________ Mountains are there to be climbed!

My new snow shoes and snow boots will be here Saturday. Now all I need is the snow. _________________ "Surely all God's people, however serious or savage, great or small, like to play.
