Harris Hawks

We have at least two Harris Hawks living in sun city West; pretty sure their roost is a large tree off the 13th green at Grandview golf course. Spotted them flying overhead as I was driving home from the store yesterday afternoon; appeared one had something in its talons, possibly a cottontail. Since Harris Hawks are the only raptors that live and hunt communally, they were probably heading back to their roosting tree to share an afternoon snack.
