poo..............a Hooli or pool (for swimming pool, he takes lessons)
oh-whoa........hello
chahkit..........jacket
quiche...........kiss
ni-ni..............night night
ah-yose.........adios (my nephew says ah-do) or could be –almost (you might be saying your almost done)
cho................show (like show me)

EXTRA CREDIT:

boo-rah.......... you got me I’m stumped Chin Scratching dunno Spent a lot of time thinking about this one!!!

fo = four (he can count to 10, but sometimes leaves out 7)
doot = dude
eyesh = ice
tie-whoa = towel
cah = car (the accent comes from the Wiggles)
poo = pool
oh-whoa = water
chahkit = chocolate (he is Diva Boy Jr, ya know...)
quiche = keys
ni-ni = night-night
ah-yose = adios
cho = ciao' (his granddad is from Italy)

You definitely have a speech-challenged child there dudes. Now, if you'd let the wife (and yourself) out into the real world once in a while, and not mimic everything he "says", he'll be ready for NASA in a few years. You three will need major speech therapy at this rate.
