Shoot fire! (...and that really IS the word SHOOT). The first thing that came to my mind when reading the title "Knots" is the HUGE knot I have in my stomach today caused by stress. Does anybody know how to get rid of knots (in the stomach that is) other than going to the Chiropractor & getting Acupuncture & some vibrating massager thing on your tummy & you still have the darn knot in your stomach? I finally asked my Chiropractor (after all that not having worked) if he thought it was a good idea for me to have some wine with my dinner. He suggested that I drink the whole bottle (I'm seriously NOT kidding)! So I'm working on polishing off as much wine as I can). Sorry Mike Sad I'm not striving to polish off a whole bottle though. Any suggestions on how to UNTIE a knot?
