That's one of those meals that'll make your tummy all warm and stuff.

Weird story. When I was 16 I had a 7.5' boa named Daisy. The largest thing she ate was one of those huge rats. That was cool to watch.

I had snakes, too, when I was around 12 and 13. I had a Calif. king and a gopher snake. I raised mice to feed them. They are nice little pets. I like the way you can hold them and keep putting your arms out one at a time so they can go along your arms. I wonder why some people are so scared of them, the non-poisonous ones, anyway? I have asked people about it, but their answers are never rational. It's kind of sad, really, to be so fearful.

Your boa was a lot bigger than my snakes! I'll bet she was pretty heavy!

Daisy was pretty heavy. My mom was so scared of her that just even me mentioning removing her from her cage sent my mom leaving the house. In 92' I had a california king named Ripley, a corn snake named Lector and 2 aberrants. I didn't name those 2. I had them both in the same cage w/ black lights on them because their white bands would glow. I gave them all away. I have yet to run into a snake while hiking though.

Oh, you'll run into a few before the end of the year. The most that I have seen were in the Supes.

That hiking area "season" is coming up real soon. I love the Supes. Real close-by.
