I think it has something to do with the harmonic convergences, vortexes, Knights Templar, Freemasonry, Illuminati, pyramids, Gaia, the Siege Perilous, Stargates, The Matrix, Spectra, L. Ron Hubbard, The Clear White Light of Stupidity, and of course my Flash Gordon Junior Space Ranger Secret Code Ring.

Are we starting one of those contentious threads here????? Rolling Eyes

Nope - just laughing at nutballs on the web. Seriously, the more you read those sites the more you realize those dudes are whacked.

I have a few sites that I visit now and again, and they list all kinds of freaky stuff. I have about 100 sites or so saved that I thought were particularly interesting. I share them with people every so often. I just thought it was time to share with you guys.

Don't worry - I have a lot more. The time cube one is one I saw about a year ago, and the El Dorado one is new this week - but they just reminded me so much of each other that I had to share.

The scary part is that those sites are fun because they are just so incomprehensible. There are other sites that are far more disturbing because whoever runs them seems to REALLY believe what they are spouting off about - and the stuff they are pontificating on is truly disturbing. Those people scare me. These sites seem to be run by harmless whackos.

Are you sure you're not hitting the sauce at the same time?? Woo Hoo!

Your favorites folder must be huge... especially if you have 100 wacko sites. I can only imagine how many sane sites you have marked. Turning

Does Dr. Pepper count?

how many sane sites

Other than business related sites (about 50 that constantly shift and get updated/moved/removed/added again)? None.
I'm very organized with my computer - everything in it's proper folder. All the whacko sites are in a folder titled "Waste of Time" and are broken out by category.

Anal insanity. Who'd have thought it?

I frequent some of the whack sites myself.... For the entertainment factor.

As mentioned before, the scariest thing is that these people earnestly believe this kind of stuff..

There are some folk who ACTUALLY believe the world is hollow, some believe its flat and NASA is a big hoax....

A quote from one of my favorite sites - " The internet makes you stupid "
