Saturday morning, two Jeeps and GTG's Goat Hauler headed for some of Sycamore Canyon's well hidden ruins. Last November GTG, DWH and his friend and I hiked in about 16 miles to these ruins on the Packard trail.
After a stop for some tourist rubbernecking in Jerome, we hit the dirt roads for a lunch break at the Verde River, then some truly 4 wheel drive roads to within 3/4 of a mile from the ruins from where we hiked in.
Check out the photos in the Galery! _________________ John Richardson and Richie Rich, El Perro de Playero

When the Man waked up he said, "What is Wild Dog doing here?" And the Woman said, "His name is not Wild Dog anymore, but the First Friend, because he will be our friend for always and always and always. Take him with you when you go hunting."
