Self-hypnosis in an attempt to negate a self-revelation? Just keep chanting that mantra - I'm sure it'll make it all better when you go to bed at night and dream of "pink tacos"

All of this must have happened after lunch. Neither Susun nor I have any recollection of this. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Hooli was a Total Gentleman! Most Gracious! EVERYONE else on the hike was Awesome!
We logged it as a "Very Special Day" in our Lotus 1-2-3 HikeLog file.
Can't ask for anything more.
THANK EACH and EVERY one of YOU for a WONDERFUL DAY HIKE into Secret Canyon. Susun and I both appreciated your hospitality so much!

Sounds like you all had a wonderful time to say the least. Wish I could have been there. I , on the other hand had the pleasure of playing chaperone to my my daughters 8th grade choir class to Flagstaff. Hhmm..... I highly doubt I got the better deal. |

Well, if you have been reading our various posts on various hike sites, you would know we have a rather "knarly reputation." In some quarters, "knarly" would be a compliment compared to what we have been called in PM's! So, the answer to your question is "nothing, nada, zip, zilch and zero." We only give credit where credit is due and we also ALWAYS call a spade a spade, often in very uncomplimentary terms.
Hooli's praise, from our point of view, was well-earned and well-deserved.

It was great to make this hike. It's been a year since I did a hike with the group. It was great seeing those I have met before again, and was great meeting others on the site. The rattler was a cool experience. _________________ Mountains are there to be climbed!
