I leave home this morning and hike up to Hieroglyphic Springs and observe a coyote carting off a small dog in the neighborhood. The other day I observed a several racoons playing in a pond located on the golf course.

Too bad...someone's going to be missing their pet. After all it's their turf, not ours!

I was sitting outside on the patio enjoying the cool temps & night breeze when heard this God-awful hissing and meowing. Then I saw a coyote take off across the street with one of the local strays.

A couple of weeks ago on Mt. Graham, we saw a hawk flying off with a squirrel that was still kicking.

Wish I had a coyote around to take off with some of the local strays in my area.

They get the dogs and cats here, none seem to last very long. Nature has it's way, and those coyotes play by different rules than the domestic critters do.
